Read Arvil’s (and others) posts. Many go off (or greatly reduce) BP meds. Nothing in these supplements would affect asthma or BP at all… and as for diabetes, well I think Type 2 is more than treatable naturally — it can be reversed. I’ve seen that too many times to count.
However, it’s always best to do this with your doctor’s consent — even if he/she has no idea what the supplements do. The point is there is nothing dangerous in this kit. I’ve gone to incredible lengths to ensure that. For one reason, “I” have high blood pressure (well, had high blood pressure — 200/110!) so I cannot take stimulant-based supplements at all. My BP now off any meds is 127/80. I take half a dose of Diovan to get it to 117/70 because I like my BP lower than normal and I have the genetics for HBP.
Either way, I’m here to help you no matter what you decide, and I think you’ll find a lot of good stuff here regardless of your decision.

Hi Jon, I am in my last week of the rapid fat loss diet. I have had a problem with trying to fit my workouts in at the right time so I have had to try and switch around some time to do them. Anyway I haven’t noticed a lot of difference in my body. I would like to do it again and wonder how soon i can.

First, thank-you for all the hard work, and for being authentic about your passion for fitness. This shines through in your work. After taking your course, I will not be signing up for the supplements or the 21-day fat loss program. There are a couple of reasons for this. First, I already follow Mike Geary’s course (I found your site through his recommendation) and I find that there is almost a 100% overlap in what you guys teach (this is a good thing!). Second, by following Mike’s plan I lost about 30lbs and am feeling great; I want to trim off the last couple of inches of fat around my waistline. And third, I have the heart condition HOCM which means I have to be *very* careful about weight-training programs (I have already had my built-in defib shock me while doing a set of chest flies, I don’t want to go through that twice).
That being said, I would strongly recommend your program (and Mike’s!) to anyone seeking to get lean. Thanks again.

If you mean use the Radical Fat Loss Blueprint 21-day program, sure: You can use it with any workout, although it would be good to use the resistance workouts recommended in the book. You can definitely use the supplement kits to help with body fat — that part is not a problem as long as you follow the nutrition guidelines. Make sense?

I have always been a big fan. I am just starting week two of the 21 days. I lost 8 pounds last week.
The certification process is fun adn educational and has reinforced things I already kknow and taought me things that help moving forward.

Found the information very interesting and was also keen to get the radical weight loss info for free at the end. I can’t see how to do this without a purchase. The under $200 option has my interest but the weaker Aussie dollar plus postage charges just about doubles that, so not at this stage.

Thanks for the kind words! I would challenge you to create the time. I have had a mayor, several athletes, and many businesspeople go through RFLB. They were not “perfect” due to their schedules, but they were 85-90% right-on and made tremendous progress.

i just completed the 7 days and i learned a lot. i am also doing your 48 weeks(i am at my 6th week woohoo)with my husband, i just got your eodd and started reading it and i started doing resistance training monday to complete my belly dance training once a week…
so im on my way to get back to my ideal weight. I got the overweight after a back accident that left me fearing pain…I just took the first step to feel better…

I am looking forward to starting RFLBP and moving each day one step at a time to put in place the things that will ensure and support being able to complete this program.
