Hey Jon Thanks for ur tip on drag barebell curl because i to like you have trouble with my bicep training the Exercise that i find doesnt do any thing for my biceps are alt cumbell curl it feels like my shoulders get tierd bfore my biceps the only bicep exercise i find really works my biceps are cable curls so again thanks for your tip. Cool Gerald… glad you found it useful. Another GREAT biceps exercise I’ve been using (without irritation to the shoulder) is hammer curls (dumbbells) but pulling the DBs up in a motion that keeps the DB close to my chest at all times and high enough to almost touch my chin. I’ve worked my way up to 55s for reps with this, although at 55 pounds I notice more tendon aggravation around the elbow region. Keep me posted… Jon
