    You said in the video that the body takes 7 minutes to decide how many calories to burns per day.
    When?
    Can you explain that with more details?

      Riku, I can give you the gist, but you’re asking me to answer what took an entire ‘book’ to answer.

      That 7 minutes (give or take a minute) happens over a span of two intervals: Both are postprandial (after eating) from a biochemical point. Within minutes, your body reacts to sugars via insulin secretion and thermogenesis, either by slowing down thermoG or increasing thermoG. This is almost (not quite, but almost) entirely responsible for determining how your body will roll for 16 or so hours that day: Store fat and even ‘moderate’ calories for fuel later, or use that energy.
